A wide range of services is available to help you successfully prepare for and run your trade fair presence – from exhibitor passes and catering, through to stand cleaning and security, right through to other services relating to your stand.
Once you have received your confirmation of participation, you will be able to view the available services via the Exhibitor Service Portal (ASP) from May 2027 onwards and – depending on the service – book them directly or make an enquiry.
Exhibitor passes
Exhibitor passes for your stand staff
Via the Exhibitor Service Portal, you can manage exhibitor passes for your stand staff and – once they have been activated – order or personalise them. Please check your staff members’ details carefully and note the relevant deadlines for ordering and making changes.

A range of catering options is available for your exhibition stand. Our service providers can put together bespoke packages for you. Further information will be available on the Exhibitor Service Portal from May 2027.
Cleaning the exhibition stand
Cleaning the
exhibition stand
You can organise the ongoing maintenance and cleaning of your exhibition stand using the cleaning services available. Our cleaning service provider offers a range of options for cleaning your exhibition stand. More detailed information will be available in the ASP from May 2027.
Safety
Security for your
exhibition stand
If you have specific security requirements for your exhibition stand, you can enquire about or book suitable services via the official service providers. Please pay particular attention to the protection of valuable exhibits, technical equipment and confidential documents. Further information will be available in the ASP from May 2027.
Support
Support for your trade fair stand
A range of service providers are available to assist with the preparation and delivery of your trade fair presence. These include, amongst other things, services for:
- Printed materials and printing services
- Plants and stand landscaping
- Hostesses and stand staff
- Interpreting and translation services

Conference rooms
Conference rooms for meetings and events
Conference rooms at the exhibition centre are available for client meetings, discussions, presentations and smaller events. Please note that room bookings can be made once your stand has been confirmed (May 2027). To make a booking, please contact conferencerooms@messe.de
