BASIC Media Package

Compulsory media package for all main and co-exhibitors (€835) – already automatically included in the exhibition participation fee 

All main and co-exhibitors automatically receive the BASIC media package. It provides the key details – company name, address, sector and stand location – for the exhibitor directories and digital services. It also includes attractive features that enhance the value of the information for visitors and users, such as a logo, information text, product presentations and brand listings. Please also note the additional services available for booking to achieve even greater visibility, reach and lead generation. These can also be booked via the Exhibitor Service Portal.

Registrations will be open from 16 November 2026.

Exhibitor Directory (Trade Fair Website, Trade Fair App) 

  • Company name, stand location, postal address, website, email address, telephone number
  • Company logo
  • Information text in German / English (text including links to other websites) 
  • 12 product keywords from the trade fair nomenclature (additional keywords can be booked via the Exhibitor Service Portal)
  • Buttons/links to your own social media channels 
  • Document uploads: images, PDFs, videos (max. 150 MB each) 
  • Product presentations (including product name, description text in German/English, image, video) 3 brand entries (including brand name, logo/image, description text in German/English) 
  • 5 press releases / news items
  • Header with key visual
  • 5 company contacts (“team members”)

Digital Services at the Trade Fair 

DLG QR codes 

  • You generate QR codes for your marketing content (PDFs, videos, images) and product presentations, print them out and display them on your stand, on the product or similar. 
  • Visitors to the stand scan these and are taken directly to the relevant information and documents in the company profile.  

Visitor lead tracking (Scan2Lead) 

  • 1 licence for scanning visitor badges at the trade fair stand  
  • Real-time contact details capture 
  • Create notes, attach documents 
  • Download and save data for later analysis and further processing
