Advance payment of service charges
Registrations will be open from 16 November 2026.
For certain services that exhibitors may wish to use at AGRITECHNICA 2027, an advance payment (€31 per m²) will be charged, which will be offset against any further services provided after the end of the trade fair.

- Inspection fees for special structures
- Exhibitor fee for the upper level in the case of a two-storey stand

- All other invoices for services provided by DLG Markets GmbH that remain outstanding at the time of the settlement of ancillary costs.

The costs for the services will be settled after the event in a single invoice together with the advance payment for ancillary costs. Any credit balances will be refunded immediately.
Services provided and invoiced by external service partners cannot be offset against the advance payment for ancillary costs.
All services must be ordered by the exhibitor themselves via the Exhibitor Service Portal.
